As a general rule the process begins with our initial visit to explain how Daniels absorb the stresses of selling your home. We will advise you as to the best price your home can achieve in current market conditions. The next step is to take the full particulars and digital photographs of your home and produce an informative and accurate property brochure for your approval. We will also advise on obtaining a home information pack which in now a legal requirement before a property can be marketed. We keep a large database of registered applicants actively looking for property in the area. These buyers will immediately receive information about the availability of your home via e-mail or Royal Mail. From this point onwards we will keep you informed about the level of interest in your home with regular feedback from the viewings we arrange.

all our properties via rightmove.co.uk, primelocation.com, zoopla.co.uk, findaproperty.com, globrix.com and others with full particulars floor plans and multiple colour photographs to download. Purchasers can also obtain local information, aerial photographs and maps via this increasingly important medium.
Keeping you completely up to date
Monitoring the progress of your sale is as important as finding a purchaser. We keep in very regular contact with solicitors, mortgage lenders, check on chains, liase with surveyors and other estate agents involved to deal with any problems which may arise. We will keep you informed all the time as the sale progresses.

At Daniels we have a long established Letting Department, which
manages hundreds of properties in and around the City Centre.
Through the Letting Department we enjoy access to many investment buyers who are interested in buying properties to rent - they could be interested in yours!
With every house sale you will need a solicitor to act for you. You may already have a trusted solicitor who you would wish to use but should you require it we have formed an association with SA Law, London Road, St Albans who are a well respected firm who will be happy to provide you with a quote.
