At Daniels we believe our property marketing is second to none. Not only do we advertise your property in full colour in the major local newspaper – more times than any of our competitors can, we also produce and circulate precise, accurate sales particulars including external and internal colour photos amongst our hundreds of registered buyers.

Full property particulars and colour photographs are available to view on all our available properties. We feel it is also important to advertise available properties through a national property portal, which is why we joined www.rightmove.co.uk.
Keeping you completely up to date
Monitoring the progress of your sale is as important as finding you a purchaser as far as we're concerned. So we keep in very regular contact with solicitors, check on chains, liaise with surveyors and other estate agents involved and deal with any problems which may arise, keeping you informed all the time as the sale progresses.

At Daniels we have a long established Letting Department, which is currently managing around 250 properties.
We understand that every property is unique. We can mould each marketing campaign to complement the property as best as possible by researching and using whatever tools are available - this has, in the past, included 3D aerial photos and finding a good house Doctor!

We are open from 8.45 a.m. until 6.30 p.m. Monday to Friday (5.00 p.m. on Saturdays). We are however happy to arrange appointments outside these hours whenever necessary. Just give us a call, or drop in to see us, and we'll do everything we can to help minimise the stress of selling your property.
The Daniels Agency Agreement
The Property Misdescriptions Act 1991 and amendments to the Estate Agency Act 1979 set out new codes of practice for Estate Agents in England and Wales. The Sole, Joint and Multiple Agency Agreements have been designed to comply with this legislation and sets out the terms of business, fees and services we provide for you.
