James Smith MNAEA MARLA - Director
Born, bred and educated locally James attended Verulam School and St Albans College starting his career with Daniels nearly 30 years ago. Married to Caroline, James still lives in St Albans with his three children, two dogs, guinea pig and rabbits.
Chris Cooke FNAEA MARLA - Director
Having also attended Verulam School and St Albans College with James, Chris started with an independent agent in Harpenden before joining Daniels over 25 years ago. Chris has lived locally for over 35 years and now lives in Marshalswick with his wife Nikki along with their three children and their dog.
Matt Owen - Sales Manager
Matt has lived in St Albans all his life and having attended Sandringham School was invited to join the team in 2005. He has worked his way through the ranks to become our Sales Manager and recently moved in to his new home in St Albans.
Matthew Farrant - Lettings Manager
Matthew has lived in and around St Albans for the better part of 30 years, with 10 of those years being a Lettings Agent in the St Albans City Centre. Due to his time as a letting agent Matthew has an extensive knowledge of the surrounding areas and the local property market.
Kelly Durbridge LLB (Hons) MAAT - Property Management Accountant
Kelly was invited to join the team in 2014 and combines looking after the accounting needs of our rental department with looking after her family, two dogs and has recently passed her MAAT accountancy exams.
